We are looking for a candidate to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO). This includes coordinating calendars and meetings, handling logistics preparations, and ensuring smooth information flow within the division and relevant departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of materials required by the GCFO and facilitating Board level meetings in collaboration with other divisional and departmental secretaries.
Job requirements:
- Diploma with at least 6 years’ relevant experience or Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ GCE N/ O/ A with at least 12 years’ relevant experience. Diploma holders with at least 8 years’ relevant experience can be considered for the Executive position
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous
- Systematic and meticulous individual with ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
