- Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates who align with the organization's talent needs.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessments, tests, and interviews as needed.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and relevant information.
- Offer Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and address candidate questions or concerns.
- Oversee the offer acceptance process and communicate with candidates until their start date.
- Talent Branding and Networking:
- Promote the organization's talent brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a
- professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. • Some experience with large scale and overseas recruitment would be advantageous
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
