Respnsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support for enterprise network environments
- Resolve incidents by troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, and analyzing system logs for potential issues.
- Support network projects and Tech-Refresh initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation for network support
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks
- Assist in monitoring network performance
- Collaborate with team members on service delivery
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills for network issues
- Communicate technical concepts effectively
- Deliver quality network support in a team environment
- Commit to continuous learning of network technologies
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in network support or administration
- Good Knowledge of network technologies, OSI model, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- Familiarity with WLAN solutions (eg. HPE Aruba)
- Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- Ability to configure and maintain network devices under guidance
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new technologies
