This role involves overseeing the strategic aspects of Organization Design and Talent Management, including developing comprehensive P&O roadmaps. It focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, analyzing data, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, capable of managing regional responsibilities, driving forward-thinking HR initiatives, and handling governance committee queries while improving processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organization Design & Talent Management:
- Design and drive the organizational structure and talent management strategies.
- Measure and review the effectiveness of the 4D Talent Management platform and integrate best practices.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning frameworks.
- Initiate talent reviews, mobility platforms, and a learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
Govern HR Policies and Procedures:
- Co-design, develop, and oversee policies related to the employee life cycle.
- Analyze HR practices and collaborate on workforce planning and business initiatives.
- Support adaptation and deployment of policies in various units and participate in P&O Governance Committee reviews.
Assist with Digitalization Governance:
- Support the establishment and oversight of the Digitalization Governance framework.
- Develop metrics for assessing digital initiatives and support AI strategy development.
- Implement technology solutions and communicate digital initiatives to stakeholders.
Prepare Reports and Analysis:
- Consolidate and analyze key HR-related data and trends.
- Conduct gap analysis and compile improvement roadmaps.
- Maintain databases and dashboards, address ad-hoc queries, and provide reports.
Manage Management Trainee Programme:
- Engage with educational institutions and recruitment firms to build a talent pipeline.
- Design and lead the management trainee program and recruitment strategy.
- Foster relationships with universities and industry partners, and continually evaluate and improve the program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; preferably exposure to HR Partnering, Organizational Development, Learning & Development or Coaching/Facilitation experience.
- Experience in managing projects, campus recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with effective listening.
- Collaborative, results-driven, and positive attitude.
- Ability to build credibility, handle confidential information, and maintain respectful relationships.
- Commercially minded with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective at managing time and committed to high ethical standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; coaching experience/certification preferred.
