Business Development Manager
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

- Remuneration package: Up to $12,000 + OTE
Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional looking for your next challenge? We’re on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our Revenue team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Partnership, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive sales and lead generation in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement a territory plan with clear account prioritization to maximize opportunities.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers across customer organizations.
- Understand and Solve: Identify customers’ pressures, challenges, and priorities to tailor our SAAS and Cloud Solutions to meet their business objectives effectively.
- Collaborate and Negotiate: Work with senior management on pricing and proposal reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Market Expertise: Leverage your thorough knowledge of the market and our solutions and services to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales with a proven track record of success and key connections in the relevant sector.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated history of developing and maintaining senior client relationships.
- Skills: Exceptional empathy, listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to initiate and drive projects.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on achieving team goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
