Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and establish annual sales forecast and budget.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop plans to help establish Luminescence brand.
- Manage local and overseas suppliers and distributors.
- Ensure quick and proper response to all clients’ requests and provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Develop in-depth understanding of our lighting products and always stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ sales experience in lighting products
- Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
- Highly motivated and resourceful, strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
