Job Description:
1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve HR policies, regulations, and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Lead the recruitment process, from creating strategic recruitment plans to overseeing their implementation. Focus on identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent that aligns with organizational goals.
3. Design and execute comprehensive training programs that foster employee development, enhance skills, and promote a culture of continuous learning and talent advancement.
4. Improve and manage the performance evaluation system, ensuring fair and effective assessments. Optimize the compensation structure and explore innovative approaches to align rewards with performance, balancing risk and benefit considerations.
5. Maintain an organized file management system and ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping for all relevant documents.
6. Assist in administrative related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Open to acquiring new skills and growing with the organization.
3. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
4. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
5. Immediate availability or the ability to start within a short notice period will be considered an advantage.
