In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping grow our client's business by offering tailored catering solutions, building strong relationships, and ensuring flawless event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities specifically for our catering services through various prospecting channels.
- Handle incoming catering inquiries via phone and online platforms, providing expert advice on our offerings.
- Assist clients in selecting customized menus and crafting proposals that align with their event needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative catering ideas and improve service offerings.
- Oversee sales performance, profitability, and the smooth execution of catering orders and events.
- Work closely with internal teams, including food production and logistics, to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience is a PLUS.
