Job Description
- Provide customer services for daily inquiries and requirements of clients
- Handle emergency inquiries of clients on weekends and night time
- Provide sales support to Sales Team
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties if required from management
Job Requirement
- Experience with customer service, sales support, or any service industry
- Be able to work flexibly based on the customer's schedule
- Familiar with MS Office
