  • Position: Corporate Services Senior Executive
  • Location: Singapore - Central
  • Work type: Permanent - Full Time
  • Minimum education level & field of study: Degree/ Graduate of ICSA or in accounting, ACCA, CPA is preferred.
  • Years of experience: At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Services setting.
  • Skills: A collaborative leader and team player with a positive can-do attitude. You can take responsibility and work with minimum supervision when appropriate. Focusing on pro-active internal and external client service, you show initiative and balance attention to detail with good commercial acumen when addressing issues.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Collaborate to provide leadership and foster a high performing, inclusive culture within the Corporate Services team.

• Provide financial and entity management services to a broad portfolio of clients.

• Manage a full spectrum of entity management duties (for both listed and non-listed companies).

• Support both domestic and overseas colleagues and external service providers to onboard new clients and complete ongoing due diligence checks.

• Conduct ongoing monitoring and provide advice to ensure that client entities are aware of all statutory and corporate compliance requirements.

• Actively manage client interactions by all team members with a view to providing prompt, quality service and taking initiatives to strengthen existing relationships.

• Identify and pursue ad-hoc opportunities to further develop business and grow revenue.

• Advocate for good governance by maintaining a strong controls environment and collaborating with team members in ensuring regular review, update and execution team roles and responsibilities.

• Further develop team policies and procedures and ensure that these are implemented fairly, consistently, and effectively.
