Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with walk-in or call-in clients and handling inquiries, including communication before and after clinic visits via phone and digital channels.
- Partner with medical doctors and aesthetic clinicians to deliver expert consultations on skin, body, and hair care.
- Educate clients on the clinic’s services and products.
- Perform thorough analyses of clients’ skin, body, and hair conditions.
- Offer well-informed and professional advice to clients.
- Actively promote our aesthetic treatments and products through in-clinic consultations and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to highlight membership benefits through various channels.
- Support the organization and participation in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle incoming calls.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as needed.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
- Previous experience in the aesthetic or healthcare sector is a plus
- Preferred qualifications in para-medical science, nutrition, food science, biomedical studies, physiotherapy, or pharmacy
- Beneficial certifications include Cidesco, CIBTEC, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, or WSQ
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable using IT systems and devices for everyday tasks
