Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare commission spreadsheet
- Data entry, invoicing and filing records
- Handle partial set of account (AP & AR), Payroll etc
- Key in all accounting transactions into MYOB accounting system
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Assist admin team with Business Submissions to providers
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level with basic accounting knowledge. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
- Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting will be an advantage
- Prefereable for candidate to start work immediately
