Job Summary:

This role kick-start your career in a highly rewarding and highly satisfying environment.

You will be trained to engage with job seekers effectively and to understand employers’ business & hiring needs. You will be required to manage and ensure a successful and good process of job-seeking experience and be exposed to candidates and clients from various industries and job functions. You will be working closely and learning the art of recruitment from the Team Leaders/Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Doing the 360-degree practice of recruitment including attracting clients and candidates
  • Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
  • Pre-screening the candidate’s CV, assessing the candidate’s potential interview and preparing to forward the candidate’s profile to clients
  • Managing the end-to-end process from coordinating with the client to the candidate’s start date
  • Developing and maintaining relations with the HR team/recruiting channel partners
  • Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback from candidates
  • Focused, self-motivated and confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience and multi-tasking skills
  • Achieves sales target
  • Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation and benefits for employment approval

Requirements:

  • Great negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Passionate in a sales-driven / target-driven working environment
  • Sociable, outgoing and hustler personality, enjoys meeting new people daily
  • Eager and passionate in a recruitment consultancy environment where you will always learn new and different things from time to time
