Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required, including preparing documents, reports and presentations.
- Organise and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Assist in coordination of events and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, such as review of invoices and expense reports.
- Correct and update data entries in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Assist in compiling and organising data for reports, presentations and other business requirements.
- Support special projects and other duties as required by the team.
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Basic understanding of data entry and data management principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
