- Assisting Marine Manager and Superintendent on all crewing & their PNI matters.
- Ensuring the vessels are manned with qualified, medically fit and suitably experienced seafarers in accordance with the relevant national and international manning requirements.
- Arrange familiarization with the Company’s Safety & Quality Management System (SQMS) policies and systems to seafarers prior joining ships.
- Assisting personnel matters (contacting seafarers’ families) during emergency situation.
- Overseeing crew change matters. Liaising/ coordinating with Vessel, Manning Agent, Crew Handling Agent, Travel Agent for crew change arrangement.
- Handle crew P&I cases
- Arrange crews' Hotel / Transport, Working Gear, Arrange crew transit visa application, crew flag state certificate application.
- Updating/ Maintaining of Crew List/ Flag State List, Crew Personal File, Manning Crew Change File, Manning Wages File.
- Maintaining and monitoring the Crew Payroll/ Portage Bill, Arrangement of Cash Advance/ Allotment/ Trade Union Fee
- Checking the processed invoices, agent’s disbursement and owners disbursement
- Arranging flight for staff travels
