Responsibilities:
Project Engineers organise, administer and execute the project activities
- Coordinating activities – involve in meeting / liaising with Main Con, Owners & Consultants to arrange on-site works with Personnel. the project/s and ensures smooth transition and completion.
- Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower - ensure schedules and deadlines are met and materials required are properly arranged.
- Budgeting and Control – monitor and always ensure that Budget and Manpower are managed properly
- Control Documentation and Responsiveness – Prepare and submit all necessary documentation from the commencement to completion of projects to all relevant project stakeholders.
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
- To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
- Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
- To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
Requirements:
- Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
