We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Receptionist to join our team. In this unique role, you will provide essential front desk support across multiple locations or departments, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our visitors, clients, and staff.
Job Scope:
- Welcome visitors and assist them with general inquiries
- Handle any incoming telephone calls and provide information accurately
- Perform registration processes
- Manage office and meeting rooms’ bookings
- Coordinate with vendors and services for facilities
- Manage gift declaration and disposal
- Disposal arrangement
- Cost Recovery
- VIP Support Management
- Other administrative support
- Coordinate catering services for VIP and staff
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience as corporate receptionist or customer service-related experience
- Preferably Diploma in any business related fields
- Well-versed with Microsoft office tools
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
