Working location: Bedok MRT
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Saturday (9am to 2pm) - 5.5 days work week
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing customer service face to face & back end call centre.
- Monitor service quality to ensure standards for customer experience and service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Streamline processes to optimize efficiency and provide professional service via email and in-person.
- Conduct calls and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction. (Training provided)
- Achieve and maintain a handling time of under 15 minutes for customer inquiries while managing expectations and performing under pressure.
Job Requirements:
- Service oriented, preferbly with call centre background
- Comfortable with speaking to many people
- Minimum O Level
- Singaporeans only
