Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive/Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for farming sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Meet clients satisfaction and loyalty and Identify and address clients needs and concerns
- Provide excellent clients support and resolve issues.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, clients interactions, and market feedback
- Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with internal teams.
- Review sales performance and identify business opportunities
- Execute and evaluate pre-sales and post-sales promotion strategies
- Develop and build up effective relationship with key clients
- Work and liaise closely with assigned retailers for sales/promotion activities/pricing and inventory
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities
Qualifications:
- Class 3/3A Driving license required
- Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
- 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
