Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Management: Schedule appointments, collect patient information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Billing: Process payments, balance cash deposits, and submit insurance claims.
  • Communication: Inform patients about delays, answer questions, and stay updated on insurance information.
  • Support: Assist with patient triage and form completion.
  • Inventory: Manage clinic supplies.
  • Medication: Assist in dispensing medication.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'N' Level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare.
