We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain / Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and its restroom facilities daily
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team to ensure high-quality service
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and table assignments
- Address guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Train and mentor service staff, ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards
- Maintain communication between kitchen and service team to guarantee seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic administrative tasks
- Must be willing to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays
