- Well know Special High Voltage Submarine Cable Operation and Maintenance
- At least 10 years experience in installation/repairing of submarine cables and marine Construction works
- Experienced in Jointing and repairing of 66kV～400kV Oil-Filled/XLPE land and submarine cables
- Must be good organizing and communicating with marine working teams (Such as Marine Surverors, Working Barge &Vessel groups Operations, Crane Operations, Commercial Diving Operation, Cable Jointing and Riggers, etc.)
- Must be able to stay continuous days onboard work barge when activated to work off shore
- Must possess qualified Construction Safety Certificate for Project Managers
- Must know AutoCAD System that can integrate and produce Marine Survey and Design Plans for Submarine Cable Installation and Reporting
- Must have working background with Japanese cable manufacturer
- Fluent Japanese language is a MUST since need frequent reporting to Japan-HQ and dealings with Japanese vendors
