Role Responsibilities
- under the leadership of the project manager, fully responsible for engineering construction management and coordination;
- Urge the operators, construction materials and mechanical equipment of the construction unit to enter the site on time;
- Responsible for checking whether the materials used by the construction unit meet the specifications and design requirements, whether the raw materials and test records are complete;
- responsible for the engineering management of engineering projects related to civil construction, and according to the specific conditions in the construction process, timely professional coordination in all aspects and timely feedback;
- Deal with relevant professional changes in the process of the project, coordinate the relationship between design, construction and supervision, and effectively control their impact on the project schedule;
- Cooperate with the engineering supervision unit to monitor the construction quality and construction progress of related majors, and follow up the progress of project nodes;
- Participate in the quality acceptance and evaluation work of the sub-projects of the relevant professional departments;
- Coordinate the relationship between the general contracting, subcontracting and supervision of the project, and coordinate the relationship between the specialty and other professional engineers in the process of the project;
- Responsible for the preparation of the site schedule, and monitoring, management, feedback and adjustment of the implementation of the site plan;
- Familiar with construction drawings, participate in the joint review of drawings and technical disclosure and supervise the implementation, participate in technical meetings and put forward reasonable suggestions;
- familiar with the contract period and the relevant node period requirements, participate in the project production coordination and scheduling work, supervise and review the production plan of the general subcontractor and supplier, solve the relevant contradictions, to ensure the realization of the contract period;
- Formulate engineering technology and standard management methods suitable for project characteristics, and supervise the implementation; Participate in the review, improvement and optimization of design and survey documents.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- college degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, medical plant engineering related major; Proficient in indoor and outdoor decoration, proficient in AutoCAD, office software;
- Intermediate title or Grade II constructor and above are preferred;
- work experience in large real estate companies is preferred, with strong professional and technical implementation ability;
- dedication, strong sense of responsibility, good professional quality, team spirit and communication and coordination ability, have a certain management ability;
- familiar with the design specifications and key points of plant engineering, technical specifications and project management knowledge;
- good health, with good on-site coordination and team spirit.
- Experience in clean workshop construction is preferred.
- Adapt to long-term business trips.
