Job Description
- Responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the dormitory.
- Oversee and supervise cleanup and repair jobs when necessary.
- Monitor the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers.
- Ensure compliance with all dormitory licensing requirements and liaise with government authorities on any issues that may arise.
- Attend to any emergencies at the dormitory.
- Report violations of dormitory house rules and file incident reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year experience in dormitory management.
- Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively with team members.
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
