Customer Service Officer Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled customer service officer to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. As a customer service officer, you will ensure that customer are welcomed when they arrive and that they are accompanied to their room or seat. You will manage the hall and room activities.
To ensure success as a customer service officer, you will train staff and manage staff schedules and shifts. You will ensure that safety and security measures are in place to ensure the safety of guests and staff. A skilled customer service officer will fulfill requests made by customers.
