Responsibilities
- Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site.
- Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
- Compile and prepare reports regularly
- Travel to stores for support when needed
- Setting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or stores
- Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department
- Keep updated with latest technology and security risks
- Any other IT adhoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
- Manage IT Inventory.
- Perform daily preventive checking for office IT facilities.
- Ensure security and integrity of network and systems.
- Support Corporate ISO application and renewal.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science related disciplines.
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of cyber-security.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Strong communication skills with all team members.
