As a Sales Executive at Cloversoft, you are going to assist the sales director to build a fast-growing and long-term partnership with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet our sales revenue goals and to make constant improvement in sell through rates in all channels. You must have a keen understanding of product categories and markets. While building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.
Your Team
This role reports to a Sales Director who is also the Co-founder of Cloversoft.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be assisting with:
Acquire new Office pantries, all type of B2B businesses and HORECA businesses.
Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of your customers and their businesses and KPIs, categories, and market.
Preparing volume forecasts and plans.
Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

You will work as the new HORECA business hunter on a team with representatives from various other functions such as setting up forms, documentations, tenders, presentations, thinking of sales strategies and promotions and negotiation of sales order and joint collaboration with all customers.
You will play a role in strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.
Your success would be based on the rapport with our customers (new or existing) and meeting sales target that your team is in charge of. Your performance would be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Your manager would provide full support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

About You:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2 years' experience in HORECA sales
Have strong courage to make calls, set up meetings and ask for the sales.
Proven ability in critical thinking and problem solving.
Strong organizational & analytical skills in data analysis skills with the ability to pull out insights and come up with sales strategy.
Ability to do data visualisation and generate sales report.
Have basic design skills to create product artwork and sales deck design by integrating data and information for presentations to customers and the management team ana all other purposes.
Ability to collaborate effectively within an inclusive environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, pivot table and VLOOKUP in excel.
