Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s) to ensure Agile practices are followed effectively.
- Remove obstacles to allow the development team to operate at its highest efficiency.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, providing solutions to challenges for immediate teams and across multiple teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the use of Agile methodologies within the team.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile software development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Billing Process.
- Scrum proficiency at an advanced level.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methods (specifically ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable Collection and Accounting Journal Entries.
- Experience designing finance setups, orders, and billing management.
- Knowledge of finance processing related to project management.
