Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for drafting the bidding documents in the early stage of the project. Technical gatekeeping, participation in the bidding process.
- Responsible for the preparation of plans during project construction and the verification of technical parameters during the procurement of equipment and materials. Confirm, purchase plan control.
- Responsible for the management of construction team, arrangement and coordination of construction tasks.
- Responsible for the declaration of project changes during construction. Management, tracking and other work.
- Responsible for the development of professional technical plans and technical disclosure during the construction process. Follow up and implement.
- Responsible for the quality supervision of work related to the profession in the construction site. Check. Rectify and track the work.
- Responsible for the "coaching" of the professionals in the process of project construction. 8. Responsible for the construction site and the owner. Manage the company. Supervise the company's communication. Coordinate work.
- Other work arranged by superiors.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in water supply and drainage.
- More than 4years of relevant work experience, dedicated to work. Careful, adaptable, team player.
- Accept occasional stationing on project site.
- Experience in clean workshop construction is preferred.
- Adapt to long-term business trips.
