Job Description
Assist in Project planning, defining scope and maintaining project schedules.
Work with Sales team, Purchasing, Production operation, to review Scheduling and Planning meetings or project tasks, ensuring all necessary parties are infomed and available.
Coordinate plannind and scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
Develop and execute production schedule to meet customer orders.
Develop, implement and maintain work instructions for current and new projects.
Adjust schedules based on site conditions and propose changes for variances.
Requirements
Minimurn 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry
Relevant working experience in manaufacturing will be an added advantage
Strong planning and organizing ability
Able to demonstrate strong hands-on Microsoft Excel and access capabilities
