Job Description:
- Assist with the review and investigation of Hospital Incident Reports.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees.
- Provide secretarial and admin support for monthly Senior leadership’s Quality & Safety walkabout
- Support and coordinate the annual review of departmental policies.
- Organize and support the annual Quality & Safety Day.
- Collaborate with external organizations on quality improvement initiatives, including organizing Quality Conferences and cross-institutional improvement projects.
- Assist with the submission of projects or posters to external award platforms.
- Coordinate and analyze data from MOH or AIC initiated surveys (e.g., Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), and follow up with improvement efforts.
- Undertake special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality
- Experience in facilitating quality improvement workshops and conducting training such as Root Cause Analysis, and Plan-Do-Study-Act.
- Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
