Job Description:
- Book cargo deliveries and liaise with freight services on picking up of goods from warehouse
- Coordinate with multiple departments to prepare the shipments and goods for delivery overseas
- Keep stakeholders updated on the statuses and prepare for necessary items such as gate label, customs permit, etc
- Ensure all relevant items such as invoices, customer receipts are accurate and to be reviewed over by clients in a prompt manner
