Responsibilities:
· To provide excellent legal and administrative support to lawyers
· Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
· Calendar management and other secretarial functions
· Drafting and preparation of legal documents
Requirements:
· Private Secretarial Certificate, Diploma in Law/Business or equivalent
· Preferably with at least 2 years of secretarial experience in a law firm
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal skills; strong team player
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
· Organized, thorough and meticulous
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
