Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to lead in Key Accounts management in order to meet and exceed revenue targets for port equipment business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential key clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to anticipate customers’ needs and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and negotiations with key clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market developments.
Requirements
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 5-10 years) in project management within the energy sector, particularly with battery swap stations or similar infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing high-voltage (HV) electrical installations (6.6KV or 22KV).
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage (LV) electrical systems and integration (4MW systems).
- Previous experience with design review and site supervision of complex electrical systems.
3. Technical Skills:
- Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and close projects effectively. Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
- Design Review: Expertise in reviewing and approving electrical designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Site Supervision: Proven skills in supervising construction and installation activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Electrical Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of HV and LV electrical systems, including the integration of battery storage and charging infrastructure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
