As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to shape the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship management will be instrumental in achieving the company's objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regional market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for business expansion.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales agreements and ensure timely execution of contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay current on ESG related news, updates, and guidelines.
  • Attend conferences and networking sessions to increase the company’s customer outreach.

Work Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in business/economics, engineering, environmental studies or other related disciplines.
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to may apply.
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and other client facing roles.
  • Experience in Sustainability, Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy certificates will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required.
  • Proficiency in other regional language, both written and spoken, will be advantageous.
