Key Responsibilities:
- Implement intricate algorithms and enhance model scalability
- Provide comprehensive engineering support to the research team
- Develop reusable libraries to support research in AGI field, focusing on Foundation Model 2.0 and Agents.
- Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to publish influential research findings in top-tiered conferences and journals, making a significant impact on the AGI community.
- Actively explore technology transfer opportunities into Skywork AI's core products.
Desirable Experience:
- Hold a Master's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, engineering, applied mathematics, data science or related fields
- Possess more than three years of related work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and familiar with development tools
- Actively contribute to open-source projects
- Achievement in programming competitions and regional contests
- Attain esteemed recognition within the academic and professional community
