Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues,
expense variances and balance sheet reconciliations)
Support internal and external audits
Assists with gathering of information for budget preparation,
loading of budget into ERP and tracking actual against budget
Prepare monthly journals, reconciliations and relevant
calculations, including month end closure
Assist with preparation of tax calculations when required
Perform general administration and filing duties as required
Perform ad-hoc financial accounting tasks as instructed by the
Financial Controller
Review all accounts receivable and payable information,
including cash management and ensuring accounts payable
and receivable balances are current
