Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in over 10 Asia Pacific regions recruitment needs
- Work closely with hiring managers and country heads to understand and fulfill recruitment needs
- Liaise with headhunters and recruitment agencies pertaining to recruitment matters
- Develop and update job descriptions for various positions
- Post job advertisement on various medium, pre-screen, shortlist and arrange interviews
- Facilitate interview sessions and verification of candidate’s documents
- Propose and prepare job offers for selected candidates
- Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents
- Support the HR department in other ad hoc/ operation duties
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferrable experienced in technology/IT recruitment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills to interact with people of all levels
- Resilient and adaptable, able to work with high volume and in fast-paced environment
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise, handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates)
