Job role & description:
1. Onsite with Simultaneous Equipment:
- Manage/Coordinate with interpreters on site
- Ensure interpreters are in the correct channel during interpretation
- Ensure number of receivers is fully collected and tallies at the end of event
2. Onsite with Tourguide Equipment:
- Setup/Demo of tourguide equipment
- Ensure devices/batteries are in good condition during event days
- Ensure number of receivers is fully collected and tallies at the end of event
3. Delivery/Collection (Tourguide Equipment)
- Delivery
- Demo of tourguide equipment
- Ensure number of receivers is fully collected and tallies at the end of event
Requirements:
- Be punctual, proactive & able to work Independently
- Live in Singapore / PR
- Coordinate with the sales person, production and technical teams to test and deliver all event services.
- Familiar with Interpreter equipment or tour guide system is a plus
- Strong organizational skills & multitasking.
