RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

The Services required are set out as follows:

1) Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the General Office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:


Reception

  •  To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
  •  To attend to unwell students and render first aid if needed.
  •  To administer lost and found items
  •  Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of Reception Area at all times.

General Administration

  •  To assist with general administration work such as handling mails, faxing, receiving goods, photocopy assignments, certificate issuance
  •  To assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
  •  Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  •  At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent
  •  Shall minimally have 2 years of relevant work experience
  •  Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Good customer service skills
