The Services required are set out as follows:
1) Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the General Office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:
Reception
- To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
- To attend to unwell students and render first aid if needed.
- To administer lost and found items
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of Reception Area at all times.
General Administration
- To assist with general administration work such as handling mails, faxing, receiving goods, photocopy assignments, certificate issuance
- To assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
- Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent
- Shall minimally have 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
