New Shan Travel is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position of HR Assistant/Executive.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations.
- Participate in full cycle of Recruitment (Screening & Selection of Candidates, On-boarding and Off-boarding)
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
- Maintain and update of employee details in Human Resources Information System (Info-tech)
- Assist in all payroll/salary related matters.
- Handle HR administration such as preparing HR related letters, staff leave administration etc.
- Conduct yearly staff annual performance appraisal.
- Assist in employee queries regarding HR policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, including managing office supplies, equipment and facilities, act as a point of contact for building management etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of the Employment Act.
- Display strong initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous, detail oriented & organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
