Responsibilities:
1. Manage and validate sales inquiries from diverse sources, including email, phone, social media, web forms, and events. Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
4. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Generate delivery orders and invoices for clients.
6. Follow up diligently to ensure adherence to credit terms by clients
7. Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Product Development)
8. Analyse customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Sales Director /Senior BD Executive on follow-up actions
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience leading small teams with strong leadership and management skills.
2. Good team player, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in addition to interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Self-driven, commercial, independent, and self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
5. Experience in handling customer orders and coordinating with production and delivery teams.
6. Mature and positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
7. Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
8. Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filling in important documents and communicating relevant information.
9. Coordinate with internal production teams to streamline the delivery process.
10. Strong proficiency in client interactions, communication, and relationship-building
