Job requirements:
General maintenance and routine preventative maintenance
Ability to respond to on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Perform Service requests such as plumbing / replacement of lighting, etc.
General property clean up and coordinating large item pick up and disposal
Attend to on demand request call whenever necessary, even if is out of office hours.
Liaise with contractors / vendors on servicing / installation arrangements

Able to speak English
Must have maintenance and plumbing experience.
