Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating corporate travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from corporate clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide tailored travel recommendations and advice based on clients' travel policies and preferences.
- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other necessary travel arrangements.
- Ensure all travel documents, such as tickets, visas, travel insurance, and invoices, are accurately issued and in order.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.
- Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis, ensuring 24/7 client service coverage.
- Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate ticketing or a similar role.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Solid knowledge of air ticketing and experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus, is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
