To promote awareness of CCS services and programmes through digital marketing efforts and delivery of financial education programmes.

Main Function

Digital Marketing and Outreach.

Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to raise awareness of CCS services and programs. This includes monitoring, analysing, and reporting on website performance and social media presence to optimise outreach strategies.

Content Creation and Maintenance.

Create and manage content for online and social media channels, including copywriting, visual design, and regular engagement with audience queries and feedback. This includes maintaining and updating content on the corporate website and social media platforms.

Develop and maintain marketing visuals and media for use across various platforms, including printed collaterals, presentations, newsletters, and emails. Support the creation and dissemination of educational content that aligns with CCS objectives.

Conduct and facilitate talks and workshops.

Conduct, facilitate and assist in the administration of talks and workshops on CCS financial literacy education and debt assistance programmes, when assigned.

External Collaboration Activity

Work closely with external vendors and partners on advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance the visibility of CCS’s services.

Administrative Roles

  • Support the logistical aspects of programme delivery, including scheduling, venue preparation, registration, attendance tracking, and managing post-event feedback collection, when assigned.
  • Perform other job-related duties as and when required.

Qualifications Competencies

  • Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Management, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including the use of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media analytics to optimise outreach efforts.
  • Prior experience in conducting adult training, particularly in financial literacy or financial education. This includes facilitating workshops, talks, and webinars effectively.
  • Possession of a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
  • Experience in non-profit organisations, community outreach, partnership management or programme development may be advantageous but not required.

Core Competencies.

  • Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective training and engagement. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
  • Competent in using digital media tools, including photo and video editing software.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and optimise given resources to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Able to work collaboratively, with a diverse range of stakeholders, including colleagues from other departments, external partners, and volunteers.

Other Attributes.

Willing and able to work outside normal working hours (weekends and evenings) when required.
