Responsibilities :-
- Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
- Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
- Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontractors
- Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
- Be familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
Requirement :-
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
- 3 years related working experience
