Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project and operational activities
Acquire and allocate resources to support operations.
Analyse risk management data.
Assess viability of workflow improvements.
Maintain relationships with clients.
Manage compliance with risk management frameworks, policies and processes.
Manage customers and suppliers relationships
Manage information exchange between clients and business.
Manage issues arising from servicing client accounts.
Optimise utilisation of resources.
Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale sales
Manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage
Preparation of reports including monthly performance, quarterly and yearly business reviews
Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for goods desirable to our customers
Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and vendors
Ensure compliance with BCA , MOM authorities' regulations, occupational health and safety regulations
Manage shipping, BCA, import matters relating to wholesale of construction materials
Prepare documents for shipment, landing permit , declare shipment import
Prepare BCA declaration and manage quota calculation
Manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and authorize expenditures, resolve customer complaints
Reports directly to General Manager
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum O Level & above (Diploma preference) in any related discipline
Experience in B2B sales, project coordination and operational activities
Knowledge in Building and Construction materials is an advantage
Experience in wholesale packaging and good knowledge in products / materials distributions through various channels is a bonus
2A/2B/ Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time, transport allowance will be included)
Able to multi-task and Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Negotiable salary depending on experience
