Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist/Consultant/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation by integrating ERP systems, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms to optimize business processes.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including software and firmware requirements, and integrate them into cloud platforms for enhanced analytics.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement through ERP, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
• Collect, validate, and document business requirements for digital solutions, translating them into functional specifications.
• Analyze commercial data to develop investment proposals and feasibility analyses for digital projects.
• Utilize project management tools like Asana to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage external technology partnerships to present findings and recommendations.
• Source and evaluate external technology solutions and service providers.
• Facilitate smooth technology transitions and support change management processes.
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards for data visualization and reporting.Implement and manage inventory management tools and oversee API integration for software systems.
• Preferred experience with Python coding for automation and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with understanding of battery manufacturing and digital technologies.
• Minimum 7 years in digital transformation roles, with expertise in ERP systems, SaaS, cloud technologies, and project management tools.
• Some experience with either Asana (project management), Tableau (data visualization), and Salesforce (CRM). At least 2 out 3 experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage digital transformation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with Tableau, inventory management, API integration, and Python coding preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for developing actionable digital strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and managing technology partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve business challenges.
• Take charge as the assigned Data Protection Officer (DPO) role.
