The Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist plays an important role to support the logistics and supply chain activities across the various cross functional teams to deliver the industry’s most innovative games and experiences to come to life.
What You’re Responsible For
- Import Operations - Managing all inbound freight activities to ensure timely receipts
- Export Operations – Freight bookings with transportation providers to ensure on time deliveries
- Oversees the staging, scheduling, and documentation of all imported and exported goods
- Coordinate with order management team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
- Processing receiving’s for inventory and fulfilments for customer orders & RMAs
- General Administration which includes Arrange courier of documents to customers; Suppliers’ billing verification, e- Filing of documents for completeness
- Resolve non-conformant logistics and transportation issues regarding imports/ exports and communicates with supply chain and/or order management teams as appropriate.
- Develops strong lines of communication with carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders
- Heads up strategic transportation initiatives for fulfilment operations
- Selects carriers, transportation routes, and other key aspects of getting shipments from the warehouse dock door out to the customers' locations
- Negotiates rates and terms with transportation providers
- Generating reports for analysis/activity on a periodic basis or upon request
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years related experience working in a distribution environment with extensive knowledge of Forward & Reverse logistics processes and preferably, product warranty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel
- Business systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint, etc.)
- Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
