Description
This position reports directly to the Trainer, who is also the Director of the Organisation. As a small start up, we aim to cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace where every voice is heard and every contribution is valued. We also believe in continous learning and growth, where trainee will be given ample hands on tasks to work on.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Managing of social media accounts, actively engage in digital marketing and customer engagement.
2. Active participation in events like trade shows, food fairs and group tasting events.
3. Daily Sales activities - day to day engagement with new potential corporate customers; explain the unique selling points of each cake (eg, ingredients and dietary considerations)
4. A good team player that is motivated to achieve sales target and complete given task promptly and efficiently

Duration of Attachment
The duration of the attachment will be 6 months. However, there is potential for this position to be converted to a full-time role after 6 months, upon satisfactory performance.
